Orthoclinique puts a smile on Hitchin’s face at the official opening!

29th January 2013

We were delighted that Rt Hon Peter Lilley MP for Hitchin and Harpenden agreed to come and officially open our new practice on Thursday.

Over 100 patients, colleagues and suppliers attended the celebration and ribbon cutting, all of whom were highly impressed with the fantastic new premises which amongst other technical wizardry boasts an impressive lighting scheme to reflect the colours of the new brand.

Mr Lilley said: “It is an enormous privilege to officially open Orthoclinique. It is wonderful and represents a huge investment in Hitchin. It is cutting edge, ahead of everything a patient could need and is available to everyone – what could be better?”

Clinical Director Brijesh Patel said “the previous practice was operating for 35 years, but we felt it was time to fully modernise and offer the best service and facilities we possibly can to our patients in Hitchin and the surrounding areas. We hope this will take us through the next 35 years.”

Patient Amy Spence (13) was one of the first patients to be seen at the new practice and was the lucky winner of a Sony Playstation – which was presented by Peter Lilley. She said the practice was brilliant with its bright colours!
