Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you are an existing patient in active treatment and need an emergency appointment or advice. Please provide up to date contact details and the patient’s date of birth in your e-mail.
If you are a patient in active treatment and missed an appointment due to the Covid 19 practice closure please follow this link and complete the Covid 19 Risk Assessment and Medical History Form. Once we have received this we will be in contact to arrange an appointment. Please allow up to 10 days for us to contact you.
If you are interested in private orthodontic treatment please email us on email@example.com.
We have now been open for 4 weeks and during this period we have managed to see a fair proportion of our priority patients with emergencies.
We continue to work at reduced capacity and although there has been a relaxation of restrictions in the hospitality, hair and beauty sectors, there has been no change in the government guidance in relation to the practice of dentistry.
We therefore have to continue seeing patients with the same protocols and procedures in place. These are outlined in the covid advice sheet.
As of 20th July 2020 we will start to book in routine (non-emergency) patients who have been undergoing brace treatment for brace adjustment appointments. These are patients who were due to be seen during the lockdown period but had their appointments cancelled. In order for us to see these patients, we need them to fill in the Covid Risk Asssessment and Medical History Form using this link. This will allow us to assess your level of risk for coronavirus infection before you attend the surgery. Once you have filled this in we will contact you to arrange the appointment. We cannot make the appointment without a completed form.
We are still restricted in using equipment that generates aerosols (AGPs) such as the handpieces and therefore are still not able to carry out certain procedures until the national alert level is reduced to 2. We continue to monitor the situation and are liaising with all the regulatory bodies.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to returning to our usual working routine.
